PrintFast-C is a spray additive chemical, developed for use in spraying application on wire part / on mould with spray starch. It increases the stiffness, surface strength properties of paper and reduces the linting to a greater extent It has a close relation and interaction with wet end additives and like any wet .end sizing agent, it reduces the tendency of water to penetrate into paper.

PrintFast-C is equally effective in duplex board machines and can be sprayed with starch slurry at the interface between two plies.

PrintFast-C is very effective in a wide pH range i.e. for acidic, neutral or alkaline base paper. It can be used conveniently in combination with other additives. All these features make PrintFast-C a great spray additive to achieve:

1. Increase in internal dry strength.
2. Increase in stiffness.
3. Reduce linting.
4. Improvement of internal ply-bond of kraft / board.
5. Improved print results.

It is supplied in ready to use form and its measured quantity is to be added in the prepared starch solution at dissolving tank.

Recommended dose = 0.08 – 0.15 % on weight of paper.

It is available in 50 Kg. non-returnable drums or intermediate bulk containers of 1000 Kg.

No special care is required. It should be, however, stored under covered area. Shelf life is app. 6 months.
