Aquabond

Introduction

AQUABOND is an adhesive developed for paper to paper lamination. It is available in filled as well as unfilled grades to suit different applications and requirements.

Salient features of this adhesive are:

1. Can be applied uniformly
2. Ability to work with foaming units
3. No delamination
4. Easy repulpability of the laminated boards
5. Very economic

Method of Preparation:

It is supplied in ready to use form.

Recommended does and point of addition :

Recommended dose = 0.08 – 0.15 % on weight of paper.

Available Packing :

It is available in 50 Kg. non-returnable drums OR intermediate bulk containers of 1000 Kg.

Storage Instruction :

No special care is required. It should be, however, stored under covered area. Shelf life is app. 6 months.
