| This division of the company – established Four decades ago as Saurashtra Packaging – has expanded & grown up as one of the largest corrugated box manufacturing company in Gujarat. As a modest beginning with one corrugating unit, this division today converts approx. 2400 tonnes of paper annually with three high speed corrugating units 62”, 42” & 40” and an in-house Flexo printing facility. We manufacture 3, 5 & 7 ply corrugated boxes with NF, EF & BF as per customer’s specifications. We can supply boxes with Stitching joint or Glue joint. We also have facilities to manufacture integral fitments like partitions, interlockers, punched plates etc.
We have complete laboratory facilities for testing of BF, gsm & Cobb value of kraft paper as well as bursting strength, compression strength & puncture resistance of corrugated boxes. We use kraft paper ranging from 100 to 250 gsm and of 12 to 24 BF, as per customer’s specifications.
